VEHICLE PICK-UP DETAILS
All documents mentioned below must be provided at the counter.
Only the passport would be enough but in any case, we recommend you to have another valid identity card.
- Valid driver’s license
- A valid credit card under the renter’s name (credit card with name, surname and card number that does not expire within 1 month of the pick up date)
- It is also mandatory to provide deposit from the credit card
- Reservation number or booking confirmation email.

When you arrive at our office, the vehicle will be ready to be taken. Our first priority is to consider all possible outcomes to ensure that all our vehicles are ready to be used in terms of mechanical, technological and aesthetic conditions. If you believe that the rental car does not meet these conditions, please inform our colleagues about it.
Before you pick up your vehicle, we kindly request you to check your car carefully and, if there is any scratch or damage that was not marked in the check out documentation, inform our colleagues to register it. We strongly suggest you to take pictures of the car to avoid any arising issues about the pre exsisting damages both on the inside and the outside of the car.
Our first priority is to exercise the necessary care for our vehicles to be ready for rental in terms of mechanics, technology and comfort. Our vehicle delivery officers will check your vehicle before delivering it to you, and prepare a vehicle delivery form for you. Carefully check the vehicle before signing the form, and if you encounter anything not mentioned on the form, notify our delivery officer. Damages not specified in the signed form will be deemed to have occurred during the rental period and will be your responsibility.
Our fuel policy is full to full, so we provide the car with a full tank and this is how you are advised to return it to avoid extra charge for refuelling which not only includes the cost of fuel but it is calculated with a service fee.
